Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The quickest way is the form below: as soon as you confirm, we record your withdrawal and you receive an acknowledgement of receipt straight away.

Digital sheet music also comes with a 14-day withdrawal period. You lose that right only if the download or supply has already begun after you expressly agreed to this in advance and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal; your order confirmation then says so.

We use these details only to identify, record and process your withdrawal and to send you the required acknowledgement of receipt.
