Return Policy

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract. The right expires only when delivery begins within that period after you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We confirm that consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation. Merely placing an order is not sufficient. If delivery has not begun or all these conditions are not met, you may still withdraw within the withdrawal period.

For a physical product, you may unequivocally notify us within 14 days after the day of receipt that you are withdrawing from the purchase. After that notice, you have a further 14 days to return the product. You may handle it only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund after withdrawal

No later than 14 days after you tell us about the withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. We use the same payment method as for the original transaction and charge no refund fee. For physical products, we may wait until we receive the product or until you provide evidence that you returned it.

Return, costs and diminished value

Return a physical product no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, following the instructions we provide. You bear the direct return costs only if this was clearly disclosed before purchase; otherwise we bear those costs. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products

The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights. If a physical or digital product is not as agreed, is damaged or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us; your statutory remedies remain available.
